Job description
- Setter of modern CNC milling centres
- Use of the latest technology - two to five axis machines with Siemens, Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems
- Adjusting machines according to the technological process
- Preparation and adjustment of chucks and tools for machining (tool correction)
- Replacing workpieces in the machine and restarting the machine in the working cycle
- Checking the machined dimensions
- Optimisation of machining
Requirements
- High school degree in mechanical engineering, possibly trained as a metalworker/milling machine
- Experience in CNC lathe setting - 3 years
- Excellent ability to read drawings
- Precision, responsibility, independence, communicative, time flexibility
- Work in a three-shift operation
