Job description
- Managing people on shift in meat production
- Distribution of tasks and control of their performance
- Supervising production and product quality
- Checking hygiene and safety compliance
- Solving production problems during the shift
- Training new workers
- Working with the foreman and other departments
- Basic production and attendance records
Requirements
- Education or high school (food industry preferably)
- Experience in production (ideally meat)
- Experience in managing people an advantage
- Responsibility and reliability
- Knowledge of hygiene in production (HACCP)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Basic PC skills
